Certified Physician Assistant
Rileigh Norman, PA-C is a neurosurgical Physician Assistant at BSV Neuroscience, where she specializes in the management of complex neurological conditions across the surgical continuum. She works closely with Dr. Sabareesh Natarajan to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care from initial evaluation through postoperative recovery, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and patient experience.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Rileigh earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Louisiana State University before completing her Physician Assistant training at Xavier University of Louisiana.
Now based in San Diego, she enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and exploring her new city. Outside of medicine, Rileigh is also a proud cat mom to Miso.

Rachel has been with Dr. Natarajan for over two years as the Office Manager at BSV Neuro. She is dedicated to making every patient feel appreciated and well-informed. With more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry, Rachel brings both expertise and compassion to her role. Her enthusiasm for resolving patient concerns ensures that each patient receives an exceptional and highly recommendable experience.

With a strong understanding of patient needs and attention to detail, Raven is committed to creating a positive, supportive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
